Climate Change Is the Priority

I was recently treated to an unflattering cameo in your editorial “Highway Funding Bait-and-Switch” (Jan. 30). The thrust of the charge is that I am too focused on fighting the catastrophic onset of climate change using all the policy tools available to me as chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.
