FIBRA Prologis Recognized as Sustainability Leader in ESG Rankings

MEXICO CITY, Nov. 23, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — FIBRA Prologis (BMV:FIBRAPL 14), a leading owner and operator of Class-A industrial real estate in Mexico, was listed for the 5th consecutive year on the S&P Dow Jones Sustainability MILA Pacific Index and was named Sector Leader by the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) for outstanding performance in environmental stewardship, social responsibility and governance (ESG).

GRESB recognizes outstanding leadership in sustainability for real estate companies and funds. FIBRA Prologis was ranked first in its peer group earning Green Star and recognized as a Regional Listed Sector Leader for the industrial sector in the Americas.

For the fifth consecutive year, FIBRA Prologis was included in the S&P Dow Jones Sustainability MILA Pacific Index which is designed to measure best-in-class companies that fulfill certain sustainability criteria better than the majority of their peers within a given industry.
